1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 medium frozen banana
1 pitted medjool date
4 tbsp hemp protein (optional)
2-4 tbsp powdered pb (sub reg peanut butter)
1/2 - 3/4 cup oat milk (or any nondairy milk)
Handful of ice cubes
Toppings: sliced banana, frozen blueberries, powdered peanut butter + oat milk, oats, raspberries.
Add all ingredients to high-speed blender or food processor.
Pour mixture into bowl and top with desired toppings.
